Simple Application Woes

I’m not sure that this is the correct forum to share, but I’m sure glad that you contacted me.
Yes I’m a mom, grandmom, and old enough to be a great grandmom, and sadly this product wasn’t available for my stretch marks 40+ years ago. However it intrigued me while i was searching online for a general ‘scar’ remedy. I believe in/use herbs for some maladies, and ur company is so supportive and female-friendly-love it! But I need to know specifically how to apply. I have a nickel-sized scar on my knee as a result of falling UP the stairs carrying too many groceries. Probably 6 mos ago. Pain finally lessened, it was right on the bone. After this whole unnecessary rant, my simple question is: does deep pressure rubbing it in and around the scar tissue promote better healing?
Thanks too much. I’m looking forward to recommending this.
