Our mission to support women started 15 years ago with our Founder, Suzanne Koval, and her physical therapy practice. There, she witnessed an outsized need to help women prepare for and endure the physical strain and pain that birthing brings—just as the medical community treats every other physical change or major surgery. (Because, how could we not!?)

Bernadette
Operations & Customer Support Manager
With over a decade in maternity retail, Bernadette has been integral to LoveSteady since connecting with Suzanne through her co-owned boutique, Maternity Xchange. A mom of five, she shares parenting tips like carrying an "emergency stash" and loves the Bralette for its comfort. Her secret to managing it all? A family Google calendar and meal planning for smoother days.
Natalie
Product Design & Creatives
Since joining LoveSteady in 2018, Natalie—a mom of three and former luxury lingerie fit specialist—has brought expertise in finding the perfect fit for pregnancy and postpartum. Her favorite parenting hack is packing smart for travel, and her go-to item is the supportive Sculpt and Recovery Leggings.
Lauren
Affiliate & Professionals Coordinator
Lauren discovered LoveSteady in 2014 during her first pregnancy and joined the team in 2019 after creating content for the brand. With a background in therapy, yoga, and breastfeeding support, she emphasizes going with the flow as a mom of two. Her essentials? The Adore Bralette and Leggings, which brought comfort post–c-section and remain her daily go-tos.
