Wear around your growing bump just covering your hips. Make sure the thinner hem is at the bottom and rests at your hip bone.
Tip! If you’re farther along in your pregnancy, you can sit and pull the band up over your belly. The top seam might not completely cover your belly but you will still get full support. If you’re not far along in your pregnancy or just want extra lower back support, fold over the band in half.
“Love Me Longer Care”: Gentle wash with like colors. Use mild detergent. Line dry or tumble dry on low heat. Do not Bleach. Do not use fabric softeners, bleach, soak, leave wet, dry clean, or iron.

Where We Come From
LoveSteady was created in 2007 when our founder, a then practicing physical therapist named Suzanne, noticed that her patients didn’t have the tools they needed to comfortably get through pregnancy. She began designing products that would support those who were looking to remain active and supported throughout their pregnancies and prevent them from turning to restrictive, ill-fitting girdles and binders that would squeeze their midsections and actually impede postpartum recovery. She started sharing her sample pieces with local Northern California mothers and officially launched as Bao Bei at the Los Angeles Trade Show in September 2007. The Belly Sports Bra was officially born.
Fast forward to today, LoveSteady is still comprised of a small team of moms dedicated to providing support for people in all phases of their parenthood journey. We believe postpartum is forever and are constantly working to extend our reach so that everyone can feel supported, nurtured, and cared for through pregnancy and beyond.

Each piece we make is more than just part of an outfit. We aim to create lasting support wear that will stand the test of time, and, most importantly, support a healthy pregnancy and postpartum. This arrived a few days before a cross-country car trip at 30 weeks pregnant! It helped me feel supported getting in and out of cars, packing and unpacking, etc. I have worn it every day since it arrived. Gentle support. Doesn’t make me overheat. Highly recommend!
Hands down, this band is the best support band I have ever used! I’ve tried no less than 10 in the past four years (three pregnancies). The ProBump is the OG, however, I find the LiteBump to be even better! It’s everything you want: supportive, lightweight enough that you forget you’re wearing it, softer than Skims, and it doesn’t cover your whole belly so you don’t get that uncomfortably painful compression a while into it. Please ladies, do yourselves the favor and buy this ASAP!
I’m so happy with this product. It’s just the right amount of day to day support. I like to use the other band for close to my delivery and postpartum (along with the support bloomers) because I just need that little extra hold to help my back. For my second trimester, the original is a little much though, especially in the summer, so this was just a PERFECT addition to my support lineup. Anything to make pregnancy a little more comfortable!
First of all, BaoBei is a MUST brand for some necessary pieces for pregnancy and postpartum. I discovered the line many years ago and am currently in my 6th pregnancy. I first tried the postpartum recovery leggings and they are nothing short of amazing!! The gentle support, excellent material and super high rise make them the only thing you will want to wear in those days of getting dressed postpartum (when you’re ready for more than a robe and the BaoBei bloomers). A total must-have. I have purchased countless Adore bralettes- the best material, gentle support and easy, comfy access for nursing. They are a staple in my wardrobe at all times. Working out is a huge part of my well-being and I attend a studio where I take a variety of classes, including barre, yoga and cycle. I would not think of exercising during my pregnancy without my pregnancy support band! The strong, buttery-soft material hugs your belly and provides amazing support for your growing belly as you move (so great for impact moves like jumping jacks). I recommend all of my favorites from BaoBei to every pregnant mama I know, but especially this workout band!! I recently tried the liteBump band, which is similar to the pro bump but a little lighter of a fabric. It’s more of an everyday band, giving a wonderful gentle hug of support and also excellent coverage- if you wear a top that doesn’t quite cover your belly or want to extend the waistband of a pair of pants… it’s definitely a must-have and feels so great. Now that I’ve tried the lite band, it’s something that I want to use daily and I highly recommend it!
